We designed a new construction in the Jacob van Lennep Street. The building is an abstracted variant of the characteristic late 19th-century architectural buildings that characterizes the van Lennep neighborhood. The large garage door refers to the automotive company which was located at this spot. At the 1st and 5th floor we find two apartments, At the 2nd to 4th floor we find 3 apartments. The apartments are all based on the principle of a fixed core with a freely sub divisible floor plan. Lift and staircase is included as a special element in the rear façade in which the floorplan can be read in this façade. In the basement we find 13 parking places. Buyer consultation has resulted in 13 unique floor plans.
