Corendon Village Hotel (building redevelopment - new construction)

An existing office park on the outskirts of Badhoevedorp (known as the Sony complex) is transformed into the Corendon Village Hotel. The total project consists of 3 buildings. We made the plans for 2 buildings: the newly built low-rise building with 298 short stay apartments and the renovated buildings with 207 (4-star) hotel rooms, health and fitness facilities including swimming pool and extensive dining on the ground floor. The garden of the hotel is applied with a Corendon Boeing 747.
