Goudsbloemvallei (re-use)

An existing office building on the Marigold Valley is located along with four other office villas on the edge of a residential area in Den Bosch. In this situation a transformation of these office buildings to residential buildings is almost self-evident. The offices transformed into residential buildings together form the ending area of the residential area. Studio Y has proposed this transformation and designed for one of these office villas the re-use plan.
