Shopping Center in de Boogaard

In the exiting shopping centre ‘in de Boogaard’ in Rijswijk we made the design for a 8000m2 store building at the spot of an outdated freestanding supermarket. The store building in two layers is combined with a residential tower with 42 apartments. Hidden under a green embankment lies a large supply court for freight traffic for the shops.
